Synopsis for "Childhood's End: Part 3 of 4"
In a flashback we see assassin Mathew Risman receive a mysterious phone call alerting him that his family is in danger. Given that the caller knew about his current target, he is inclined to believe this. He returns home and gets his wife and daughter out of the house just before a mudslide occurs. William Stryker arrives, stating that God spared Risman's family despite his crimes, as God's army is not filled with just angels.
In the present, the students are still reenacting old X-Men missions in Prodigy's 'Danger Cave'. Various arguments ensue. The students disperse to say goodbye to Dani, who is leaving. Wither overhears his teammates talking about him and, upset, runs away.
Scott assigns Laura as Sooraya's roommate, and Laura identifies her as Sunni, as she has 'killed in Afghanistan'.
Emma telepathically gives Laura a vision of her dead mother in an attempt to drive her from the school.
Seven days later, we see Risman and a collection of Stryker's followers preparing for battle.
