A young man that was infected by the Tetah virus and nest was cured by Dr. Rachel Deming. he joined her ultrateam to battle Malcolm Kord , with the alias of Catapult. He didn't take the mission seriously and often acted jokily with his friend Mustang.

Catapult's body could not withstand the weight of objects when his power redistributed their inertia, and so he wore an exoskeletal support frame to prevent his body from buckling under the force applied.
