We all are friends here, have known each other for some time, and we trust each other; so it goes without saying that we RESPECT each other and shall continue to do so here no matter what.   We each have our own views and our own way of doing things, and this thread here is to give us a chance to discuss all that- giving us transparency and a window into each other's thinking. To mention too, this is NOT to check each other, step on each others toes, undermine, or baby one another when it comes to handling things. No! In order to maintain a sense of consistency and balance of how things are handled on the wiki, no dout then that we must all be on the same page and in accordance with the same idea of how the wiki should be.
