Give me Dragon for slight speed, skill and healing advantage. Blonsky only ever really held his own against the dumbest Hulk there is.

That fumb hulk also happens to be the strongest base hulk

@Anotherbatmanfan both the Fixit Hulk and Professor Hulk took Blonsky without difficulty, mean green got his ass handed to him.

I'm going with Blonsky, Savage Dragon is much weaker than the weakest Hulks.

@TomLudo00 what makes you say that? He managed to hold his own against Badrock and Megaton Man who are supposedly top tier in strength. Although he doesn't use his strength as destructively as most do.
