Miguel is ranked given a 4 on the Power Grid for speed, but he's been known to move so fast that he creates duplicates of himself. Now, how fast do you have to be to do this? The Power Grid states that a 4 is equal to the speed of sound, Cindy Moon is also ranked at a 4, but then, why can't she create duplicates of herself?
Is she able to, but hasn't figured out how to?
Maybe it's not even a matter of speed in the first place, maybe Miguel can duplicate himself at any point and just needs to reach subsonic speeds to access this ability.
Or maybe Cindy has and I'm just dumb.
