I feel honestly 90% of hereos could run marathons. Captain america, tchalla, black widow, cyclops, etc etc etc. Marathons aren't that difficult and most hereos are far above average in physical ability and in stamina.

For example, she hulk can exert herself at peak for 48 hours. But heroes like Silverclaw, who is a demigoddess, White fox, a Kumiho almost never gets tired. At least that's written on their page

But even at that, a marathon is a measurement, a specific distance. So most hereos id say could do a marathon. Multiple marathons in a row, maybe not

As a runner myself, I would probably chose someone like Quicksilver, due to him having superspeed, but also a lot of endurance. It feels super long, so you're gonna need to be fast, but also have the endurance to run that same pace all the way through. Another thing about being a speedster is that you know how to run super efficiently; example- stride, pace, form, etc.
