The crime Syndicate would absolutely destroy the Secret Avengers.

The Syndicate easily, their combind skill set took over the planet in hours.

It kind of depends on the planet they fight on... On Earth's where the good guys usually win, the C.S. always loses... But on their home planet, they always win.

The good guys didn't win per se, it took a team of villains to tip the scales.
