Batman has better toys, but they're not particularly useful against someone with spider-sense and who is way faster than him, the final result will be the same as the previous match
Bruce has the advantage in martial arts skill and tech, but Mayday has the advantage in every other department. One punch from pretty much any Spider-Person is a guaranteed KO or, depending on their morals, instant kill. Especially since he has his jaw exposed. Pretty big weakness right there. I give it to Mayday.
