Arcade is pretty useless in a fight. Hecs most formidible with a scheme of sorts

Arcade feels like a DC villain in the Marvel universe, other villains in Marvel are just like "I going to be a super in-your-face jerk-ass villain", while DC villains are more dynamic, I feel like Arcade falls into the second category.

Idk theres other characters like arcade in marvel. Hes just more of a schemer

His personality is somewhat like the Riddler, although his actions sort of mimic the joker.

I mean he is pretty much marvels riddler i suppose.

He reminds me of the "Trickster" from DC, although the trickster is twice as obscure.
