Every villain has a goal, whether it be destruction, domination, or money. They all want something. And most of the time, they're wrong. But what if their cause is somewhat just or makes sense, but they go about it wrong? Just like how the protests of George Floyd's death had a just cause, but the protesters went about it ALL wrong, destroying property and causing harm instead of peacefully protesting.
Anyways, what if a villain's goal seems maybe a bit right? Today, we're going to decide who was a better overall villain based on:
Goals: Is the villain's cause just, and does it have good depth and make sense, and is it well written?
Dialogue: This is more for those who've read all of Empyre and watched Infinity War. Is what the villain says right, or very deep in a way? Doss it support and justify their goal?
Plan: Is their plan a good one? Does it work? Does it make sense? Is it obvious how it will help the villain's goal?
Using these key evaluation points, I want to see who the better villain, goal-wise, is:
MCU Thanos: Wants to wipe out half the universe so that the other half can use the dwindling resources, wants to keep the universe balanced.
Quoi: Wants to control all plant life and wipe out all animals, because the world is dying because of them.
Which one?
