Bucky was brainwashed by Hydra! Why the hell is that so hard to understand?! Sure he had the right to be angry for not being told before but he had no right to try to kill Bucky. STOP JUSTIFYING TONY!
Im sorry way further back did you imply that sacrificing your own life wasn’t sufficient enough of a hero thing to do for you.
I mean yeah. Sacrificing your life is one thing but it does not wash away all the bad one did.
It feels like a dramatic overstatement to call Tony a villain.
His character was a deeply fallible one, sure, but well meaning.
(AoU is the most damage resulting from one of his fuck ups, but a few scenes aside that movie is kind of a mess.)
My main dislike is that it puts the idea of the “good billionaire” centre stage.
Idk i'd personally call him a villain. Intentionally or not he's played the role of a villain in both the mcu and in 616
Ok so Bucky’s mind is innocent. Fine
His body is guilty so I’m with Tony on sentencing his body to death 🤷♂️
We should probably sentence tony too then for the ruining of an entire country
And also the entire universe.
Well, he can share that one with Peter Quill.
He has already given the ultimate sacrifice to pay for those sins. Time for Bucky’s body to pay and die for being a mommy killer
But bucky also served to redeem himself. At the time of civil war, tony should have been more wanted than bucky really
Yeah didn't he just completely break the Sokovia Accords to track down Bucky?
Eh what am I saying, dude's been in legal trouble with the U.S. government for years, he could probably sidestep the accords with zero effort.
What do you think?
