Jo is new to this, and despite being the new 'world's greatest detective', she doesn't approach T'Challa in anything I can think of than construction. She is a little too green for this battle.

Maybe. Unless Vibranium is too much for her, I think Jo's constructs might match Black Panther's tech as she used giant robots quite often. She dealt with large groups of enemies before, including Sinestro Corps members. Otherwise, yeah, Black Panther has many advantages. Close battle imo.

With Panther's full army I don't see Sojouner making it out alive.

One v. One?

Panther has a slight chance. His battles against Hulk, Namor, and Captain Marvel, have proven he's capable of handling his own against physically superior threats on those levels in a random encounter.

However, GL has superior versatility, and Panther doesn't have a strong counter for her constructs. So with that in mind I'd say Panther would lose 7/10 against Sojouner.
