Loki would win for both rounds. In round one, I know Enygamals said "Peter has a slight advantage..." but really, how? I think in both rounds loki would have more than a slight advantage. Yes, Peter would have his gadgets and stuff, but loki has powers. If we think back, how many people did loki kill in The Avengers? 80? And in only two days. Killing or even beating Peter would be a simple task for him. If loki had his scepter (which he would) Star lord would be dead in like a minute. Loki could easily manipulate Peter and then kill him... holy fck, he manipulated Thor so many times... how would this be any different? Even if Peter had an advantage weapon wise (which he wouldn't) he would still be no match for loki. Loki is the God of mischief, he could easily kill Peter before round two would even begin. Loki would have Alot more advantages than peter... first of all, loki has been alive for like thousands of years... so clearly he has more experience at everything. Also, loki has learned how to make people trust him, and then stab them in the back (literally). I feel like Peter is just so... gullible that he'd just give in to loki... and even if he wouldn't, Loki would find a way to kill him. When Peter gets angry, or when he's fighting, he doesn't think, and is fueled by his anger (which was shown in infinity war), and that would be a HUGE flaw for him... loki would be able to see that he was uncontrollably angry, which would be another bonus for loki and another downfall for Peter. Basically, to put it in a simple way, loki would easily beat star lord. Remember, an ant has no quarrel with a boot 😉
