Thor's mother has been three different people.

Most recently its explained to be the phoenix force.

Gaea is was the mother before that.

I understand that but who is his real mother because you can't just keep changing it who is his real mother the Phoenix Force or Gaia?

Currently the phoenix force but they pretty much change ut whenever it suits the plotline.
