Ever since I saw Blade Runner 2049, I always wanted Ryan Gosling to play
Nova (Richard Rider).
And then for Sam, I'm thinking, Dylan O'Brien.

My pick
Richard (Hayden Christensen)
Sam (Jake T Austin)
I don’t think Dylan O’Brien as Sam would work considering Sam is not completely Caucasian since his mother is Latina, so it would be best to use a Latino actor instead to avoid whitewashing.
To me, Ryan looks like he has a joke to say but he’s waiting for the right time to tell it
Why does Richard rider look like tom Felton
I don't pretend to be knowlegable about Sam but for Richard Rider, my pick hands down is Jake Mcdorman. Look, personality, everything works.
Dylan O'Brien would be near perfect for Sam
Except Sam is part Latino and Dylan isn’t. Plus, isn’t Sam supposed to be a teenager? I think Dylan is a little too old to play a teenager since he is in his 30s.
Doesnt have to be comic accurate. In fact, im a fierce supporter of having both Prof X and Magneto African-American
Yes, but someone that is multiracial like Sam being half-Caucasian and half-Latino should be played by someone that is Latino since he is a POC. Also, I don’t mind the idea of Professor X being racebent, but Magneto is a Holocaust survivor and pretty much everyone involved in the Holocaust was Caucasian.
