Hellcat shouldn't be a huge problem for Spidey. Spider-Man has went up against much stronger foes. Plus when it comes to power, he is on superhuman level. Hellcat is almost on superhuman level, but still isn't quite there. Now Hellcat's psychic magic energy ability things might give Spider-Man trouble, and it would certainly make things more difficult for him. But still, I don't think It'd be anything Spidey couldn't handle.
