Screaming women does not mean a horror movie lol
And even if we judge spider-man by horror standards, that would make it bottom of the barrel, because its an absolute horrible horror movie if thats the case 😂😂
My complaints:
Cheesy dialogue
Some bad characters (mainly MJ, flat character if any)
Ruined harry's arc
3
Goods:
Nostalgic meme quotes
^^ That Doc Ock hospital scene and the Symbiote church scene are legitimately great horror scenes
Two things I didn't like about the Raimi trilogy are the characters of Flash and MJ.
It’s just a bit too cheesy and campy. Also, all the side characters were pretty basic. Can anyone really tell me what Harry’s biggest motivation in the first movie is? (This question is both rhetorical and literal)
Also ik the conversation is way over but am I the only one that absolutely loved the Andrew Spider-Man movies?
I liked them but not as much as Tobey's.
The main reasons why people like this movie (imo) are mostly nostalgia, memes and good JJJ potrayal. Other than that and some minor things. It was mediocre. Even though Aunt May has like one inspirational scene she's boring every time she is on screen. The dialogue was cheesy. It aged like milk. Supposed 'teenagers' look like young adults at best, 30+ at worst. Plus, it's basically the same movie done 3 times.
@Ghostinator3000 No.... Your not the only one
What do you think?
