Yeah I liked it, it's goofy but it's fun goofy

For the record, I 100% agree with you about this one. This has always been one of my favorite X-Men movies. Once again, no clue what the matter is with people.

Eh. I liked it. Rewatchable but definitely not my favorite. Had a lot of cool scenes in it. Quicksilver scene was awesome.

I found it too messy, CGI'd and overall not entertaining. It's not on par with the original X-Men trilogy.

^See, what I have to say about that is the older movies' one problem was the limits special effects had at the time. I love how with this one they fully used the tech we have now by having a team of nearly every character with colorful & interesting powers. Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Storm, Quicksilver, Professor X with mindscapes and cool stuff, Jean doing more than floating people, etc. Nearly everybody had at least one moment where you were like "Woah, that was cool".

I disliked every aspect of this movie. The X-Men who appeared weren't given enough introduction... Apocalypse was stiff and campily rendered (Not even good Evil Dead 2 campy)... Apocalypse went for the most inexperienced recruits... More fan service of introducing characters for the look and leaping over how they actually got to be that way. This was rushed and sloppy.

Quicksilver scenes are always cool. Except of course *cough*age of ultron*cough*
