Holy shit guys. I finally figured out the reason he casted Thor out….

Cause he started to sound like his sister. Like Hela. As far as all the “let’s kill everyone and let’s start a war shit”. Thor started to sound like the same sibling Odin casted out “Pt.1” lol.

I don’t think Hela came into it (there’s absolutely no way they had mapped out even a fraction of Ragnarok at that point).

Thor was being an arrogant and petulant shit, so Odin put him on time out.

Of course Thor didn’t map it but Odin did. That’s why he felt so bad about ragnarok before he died. That’s why I think Odin knew everything that was gonna happen since day 1.

I was referring to scriptwriters/producers/the director.

There was no way they had the events of Ragnarok in mind while the first Thor was being produced (the movie - I’ll allow that it’s possible that they had the abstract idea of Ragnarok as an event as a possibility in consideration, but not with Hela as Thor’s sister etc).

If Odin had Hela in mind, that’s a big retcon.
