Frank is awesome, but I’ve never liked him quite as much as Eric or Cable 🤔 He has some great runs, though 😌

Punisher is a great character with, arguably, some of the best examples of quality writing ✊🏻

I think I get why @Slyme & @Grey picked Punisher.

Compared to both Blade & Cable he isn't as powerful, or doesn't have as much 🤔.... "pizzazz" I would say. Like Punisher at his base is a highly trained military man with guns who spills his personal vendetta and crazed taste for murder on criminals.

That's not bad...

But Blade & Punisher have a lot more going on.

-Blade: Superhuman half-vampire vampire hunter that's a century old. Uses guns and more.

-Cable: A future, time traveling, high level mutant with telepathy & telekinesis, a robotic eye that shoots beams, and a futuristic mega gun. That's not even mentioning his complicated story lol.

Frank really, when you think about it... is just too average or kinda dull in comparison.
