Well, it depends on if you're meaning the movie or the comic.

The comic is suggestive that the future that is corrected was never supposed to occur to begin with, thus the correction is rightful.

As for the movie, the movie is just a mess. Idk if anything of value can be taken by it. Truly i dont think the director knew what storyline he was doing. I dont know if he could explain it.

But also, the xmen have actively changed the future dozens of times with nobody coming to say boo about it.

Which is amazing really. People look at the avengers as world savers but the xmen have actively prevented multiple genocides, world ending events, and dystopian timelines
