I honestly found the episode kind of boring. It basically didn't have any action. The 1st episode was better for me

It didn't have much action but the drama was really tense.

So... The assault on the freezer where the skrulls executed the operatives? Not action? It had more happening than the first episode and that was longer.

It confirmed my theory that they were going to have Fury lose everyone, and have to fight the war on his own. Although the reveal of his wife caught me off guard.

I enjoyed the episode. I’m still itching to find out why Fury broke the promise. There better be a good reason

How bout Hydra taking over s.h.i.e.l.d. and being dead for a half decade?

Btw, how would you compare Skrull terrorists to, say, Flag Smashers?

The skrulls have had longer to place themselves in key positions and have more means and opportunity to play a long game... They aren't just fighting a government, or even all them, they are attempting genocide.

I very much enjoyed the episode. I also don't think Fury necessarily broke his promise but simply that he hasn't been successful in his search and maybe should not have guaranteed a new world for the Skrulls

There's something that bothers me of the episode too. Rhodey called Fury by his 1st name in the restaurant. Fury also says he always makes everybody call him "Fury". I'm surprised Fury didn't suspect anything about Rhodey
