Give me Maddie for two reasons...

1- In recent years Magneto's powers have been in flux if not decline.

2- Setting.

The only period magnetos powers fluxes was after avx. Post secret wars hes been at peak omega. In fact, most recently he was so powerful he kept himself alive without a heart.

Magneto has definitely not been declining in power in recent years. in krakoa era he's been arguably at his peak

Flux if not decline... You may be correct, but I haven't really read that much of him. Still, Maddie does have an army of demons and Mags doesn't really have mystical protection.

Magnito maybe holds on for a bit. Then gone.
