Who is your all-time favorite Marvel superhero or supervillain, and why?
Who is your all-time favorite Marvel superhero or supervillain, and why?
Spider-Man because he’s hot
^Hell Yeah
Probably Doctor Doom, simply due to the whole story arc about Sue Storm’s second child’s birth.
Chameleon is my lifelong favorite.
Reason: Love at first sight
Thor. I've always loved mythology, and reading Thor comics just get me pumped like nothing else, watching a god pummel his enemies. The Asgardians are also very interesting.
Hero: Namor, I loved that he wasn't a traditional hero. Does whatever he has to to do to get the best result and doesn't care what others think about him.
Villain: Suma-Ket, Even though he's a one off villain, he's proof that a great villain isn't just one that frequently battles a hero but how the villain is presented. He's still Namor's toughest villain til this day and the only one that managed to kill him.
Wolverine. I can relate to what he’s been through. He is a loner, and he has been taken advantaged of and he’s scrappy. He isn’t afraid to do the dirty work or get his hands dirty.
Hero...
Hero: It flip-flops between Cyclops and Bucky
Villain: Zemo
I go back and forth between:
Mr. Fantastic - the Marvel Age of comics begins with him. Physically the weakest member of his team, but indisputably the leader, because of his once-in-a-century intellect. One of the last prodigal heroes, an extraordinary person who’s never really had a normal life. An explorer, not a vigilante. And an infinitely flexible (sorry) story springboard.
and
Daredevil - also not physically powerful, with abilities most people wouldn’t even notice, but putting himself on the line as a vigilante, making himself an outlaw lawyer, and this despite being literally disabled. A complex and very human character. Also years of great stories, playing in many different keys.
