I'm concerned with the fact Nebula has no resistance to cyber hacking.

But it's all good if you think Nebula wins, it's the mark of a good battle.

I doubt she’d get time to attempt a hack on someone who’s massively faster than light.

Reaction time is important, but that doesn't mean every waking hour has her at that speed, or she would never have taken a hit and we wouldn't know what her durability was even comparatively speaking. For instance we know she's not as durable or strong as Ben Grimm, but Thing has taken more hits from Champion and kept fighting.

That's the cusp of comparative analysis. Basically it is saying she can sustain more damage than Thing, but we haven't seen it on page.

She's also supposed to be faster than Ben, but he has better reaction showings making him faster.

How could her durability be measured if she's never taken a hit from someone slower than she is? Obviously, there are individuals like Shang-Chi who are only enhanced in training and he is listed as fast as she is.

Thing is also listed as faster than Nebula, but he isn't faster than Shang-Chi or Hulk apparently.

She is listed as faster than Shang-Chi who has been able to move faster than Wolverine who has managed like Gamora, to react faster than Thanos who is supposed to be faster than everyone. Oddly enough, Wolverine, is supposed to be far slower than Gamora, by comparison so should Nebula, but both Gamora and Wolverine could strike faster than Thanos even at or near his peak. Shang should be at Motoko's level, but has demonstrated faster combat speed than Wolverine and hence Thanos and Ben, and Gamora.

It is that high and low showings demonstration. Profiles are limited by fan knowledge. There are showings from all that are beyond Nebula, but they are listed as slower.

I agree that the profiles on vsb aren’t exactly accurate but I also don’t see why Wolverine and Shang-Chi can’t just be that fast as well.

Well, I think it's that superhuman/metahuman strength factor... Gravity weighs down on them less so they have higher potential speed. Also, I think Nebula is half Eternal, but she hasn't shown any of their physicality outright.
