Doesn't really matter Cable is the more experienced telepath and trying to read QS would be a nightmare.

Well canonically, most speedsters do process information at superspeed too

The problem is he lives at a speed beyond comprehension. His power is always on. It would take Colleen too long to interpret his thoughts.

I personally agree with docon this one. I think loki would be tough but the rest of his team isnt enough to take on quicksilver, cable, or shatterstar.

Hed have to defeat all three himself, and cable is one of the best strategists of marvel.

I think theyd have a tough time but could manage a small majority of 6/10 victories
