I'm not sure if this has been discussed already but this is pertaining to Avengers: Endgame in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In Endgame, since Cap was able to wield both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker, would he have been able to wield a theoretical shield that was forged in the heart of a dying star? I realize that in the MCU, cap is old but maybe in the comics, does such a shield already exist?

Well, I want to read the Marvel Comics, but I don't know in which order, or where to start? I have been searching for different orders for weeks and I cannot dedice which one would be the best one. So I heard that Isaiah Bradley will apear (I wrote it correct?) in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier and he tell Sam true about serum of supersoldier and he decided to don't be Captain America.
So this is late, but I just thought of a theory of how the mcu could find a way to include Captain Hydra they would do thus by having the oldman who was "old Captain America" be secretly a hydra agent sent to trick the Avengers where as the Avengers have no idea that captain america has now changed his ideals and his image to Captain Hydra. This is a very outlandish theory, but I think Captain Hydra would be an amazing addition to the mcu.
The harbinger of the apocalypse
Backstory: he was nineteen when he was working on a new version of the super-soldier serum. One of his colleagues was sick, but refused to stay home until the experiment was complete. The serum exploded in their face, but it didn’t seem to have any immediate affects. But the virus cells in jack’s coworker were super charged. Causing a sort of zombie apocalypse. (Details on this virus are in the comment section if anyone wants them) jack was Infected, but it didn’t have any affect. After a few experiments he discovered he absorbed the radiation from the virus cells. He then trained his entire remaining life to become a hero who could prevent this incident in the future. Now he protects the innocent from world-threatening creatures as the all-new Captain America. He even took the risky vaccine for the hunger virus.
Powers: Jack can absorb radiation and throw it back in these ways: hand blasts, force fields, explosives, and temporary increased strength. The more radiation he’s containing the stronger he becomes. He can also substitute food and water for radiation. Additionally whenever he absorbs radiation it upgrades his immune system. At this point he is completely immune even to diseases such as survivor 118. He possesses the Captain America shield which was upgraded. It now has a small cannon in it and jack can call it back using a magnetic glove. His suit also has flight capability.
Looks: he wears a shirt with sleeves that go just past his elbows. This shirt has the star on it over the red and white stripes on the chest. He also wears jeans, and a blue mask that covers his eyes and forehead. He also wears black boots and one hand is gloved.
This guy is also in the alternate universe with the civil war thing. I’m gonna give that universe a name right now. Earth-trn479. The noobverse.
Kevin Archer raced across the pathway. The hover-cars above him were humming loudly. But he didn’t hear them because he was wearing headphones. His jet powered heelies were running out of power, but he wasn’t far away from avengers mansion. He ran inside and headed to the meeting room immediately. “I came as quickly as I could. What’s wrong?” He said. Every avenger was already there. Vision II, iron man, captain America, and his girlfriend ink. “Ya, rob, what is up?” Said cap, “you said to wait for Kev but he’s here now.” Rob (who is iron man) stood up. “Alright guys,” he said “S.H.I.E.L.D. Satellites have picked up massive energy readings all over New York. Shortly after these outbursts, police found dead bodies burned to a crisp. Each one from massive electric shock.” “Ok that is bad. So where are we headed?” Said Kathy (ink). “We’re headed to queens.” Said rob. Soon they were all in the carrier plane and flying to oscorp tower. “What are we doing here?” Said Fred (Thor). “The previous murders have followed a pattern.” Said rob, “I have a feeling this is where the next one will strike.” They walked in and found no one was there. They headed toward Harry Osborn’s office, but it was too late. They heard a loud scream. “That came from Harry’s office!” Said Kevin. “And the outburst just happened! Let’s go!” Said rob. Harry’s secretary had fainted. And Harry’s corpse was sitting there. Burned to a crisp. And standing beside him was a 9 foot tall machine. It slashed at Kathy, only for its hand to pass right through her liquid-like form. She then slithered up its leg and tried to crush it, but it released a shock over its entire body and she fell to the floor weakened. Rob switched on his suit and flew straight at the machine. Throwing it out the window bringing him with it. Rob activated his thrusters and watched the machine fall to its doom. But the robot flew up to the roof. Rob followed it, followed by Kevin and Bucky (captain America). Thor stayed behind and tried to vacuum up Kathy. Who was unconscious and therefore unable to change back into her human form. Rob tried to blast the robot but it was too fast. It shot a bolt of electricity at Kevin and knocked him out. Then it hit Bucky with the back of its hand knocking him off the building. He was able to grab onto a windowsill so he’s fine. Rob watched the machine race off at incredible speeds. He couldn’t believe it. That thing left the avengers, earths mightiest heroes, defeated.
As all of you know, the mantle of Captain America is held not just by Steve Rogers but other people have assumed this identity over the years: Isaiah Bradley, William Naslund/Spirit of 76', Jeffrey Mace/Patriot I, William Burnside/Grand Director (villainous example), John Walker/U.S.Agent, Danielle Cage (alternate timeline), Samantha Wilson (Spider-Gwen/alternate timeline), Kiyoshi Morales (alternate timeline), Roberta Mendez (Spider-Man 2099/alternate timeline), Sharon Rogers (alternate timeline) and Scott Summers/Cyclops (Ultimate Marvel/alternate timeline). But there are two we both know well and enjoy: James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes/Winter Soldier and Sam Wilson/Falcon they both have taken up the mantle of their partner at various points in their careers so for the criteria the histories of both will be an amalgamation of their comics and MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) incarnations when analyzing their Captain America periods.
James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes:
The World War II partner/sidekick of Steve Rogers/Captain America and his childhood best friend (MCU/Ultimate Marvel only), after stopping a bomb (comics only) headed for the United States of America or during a train fight (MCU only) he would fall and lose his arm eventually being recovered by the Soviet Union (comics only) and/or HYDRA (MCU only) to be used as a super-soldier living weapon called the Winter Soldier against his own will and over the years would perform various assassinations while being in cryogenesis to preserve his youth he also once killed James "Logan" Howlett's wife Itsu Akihiro (comics only) and Tony Stark/Iron Man's parents (MCU only). When Steve Rogers/Captain America discovered that James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes is in fact the Winter Soldier he would confront eventually restoring his memories which had been repeatedly wiped by HYDRA (MCU only) and used the Cosmic Cube/Tesseract (comics only) or after a climatic fight on a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier (MCU only) where he would be saved by him from drowning. When his old friend seemingly died after Civil War (comics only) he would eventually take up the mantle of Captain America to honor him and join the New Avengers participating in events such as Secret Invasion, Siege and Fear Itself even after Steve Rogers was found to be alive and for a while they actually shared the mantle and shield together. When James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes would be resurrected from his death he would revert back to the Winter Soldier identity one that he has been using ever since.
Sam Wilson:
A former criminal from Harlem, New York City, New York (comics only) or a United States Air Force Parachuteman veteran (MCU only) he would soon encounter Steve Rogers/Captain America either by being on Exile Island defeating Johann Shmidt/Red Skull and the Exiles complete with a bird named Redwing as his companion and would become his long time crimefighting partner. He worked alongside James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes/Captain America when Steve Rogers was thought to have died (later resurrected). When Steve Rogers/Captain America became an old man, Sam Wilson/Falcon would take up his partner's mantle even after he would age back into his prime and during Secret Empire he was part of the anti-HYDRA resistance. He would eventually return as Falcon once more. In Avengers: Endgame, he would be handed the shield by Steve Rogers/Captain America (MCU only) though not quite his partner's mantle.
