Hi Marvel Database, I am Magic-Name-09, and I just want to officially introduce myself 🙂.
Even though I have been here a few times in the distant past, as well as to ask a question of Deadpool, I never introduced myself properly, until now.
I have read the rules, and I will be on my best behaviour.
I am happy to help out whenever I can, and I look forward to making friends 😉👍.
"Woohoo!". Deadpool 🥷.
What’s some characters that recent comics have forgotten about that should make a comeback? I personally think Ultimate Spider-Woman should if the Ultimate Universe is coming back. She’s the most interesting of all the clones to me. Anybody else?
Well, as we all know, Skrulls possess the incredible ability of metamorphosis and more. However, on the Kl'rt Wiki, mentions the following: "allows you to mimic the appearance of any of the four members of the Quartet, as well as their powers." This particular Skrull is a Super Skrull. Does this imply that all Super Skrulls possess this ability? In the comics, it has never been shown that there is a machine capable of replicating the powers of other beings, as seen in the Secret Invasion storyline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), at least according to my readings. Could this mean that other Super Skrulls are also capable of accomplishing the same extraordinary feat?
So, I've seen the news about Hatsune Miku being canon to the MCU, but never actually saw what, I guess I could say, hardcore fans thought of the "issue." Frankly, I find that they put a Vocaloid song about dogs played to the tune of Chopin's Minute Waltz (or Valse du petit Chien, AKA the Little Dog Waltz) in one of their biggest movies ever (Guardians of the Galaxy 3) to be pretty funny.
I wanted to see what anybody else thinks about this, purely out of curiosity.
(Also, fun fact- Koinu no Carnival isn't a Vocaloid song. In fact, it is a song from an anime called Classicaloid. The producer of the song actually worked for Vocaloid also and used about 50 Vocaloid voices to piece the song together.)
You have to date and eventually marry one Marvel character. Who do you choose?
Is Marvel Unlimited worth the money? It has a lot of exclusives I'd love to read, and i want to support the artists and stuff, but is it better than free online alternatives? I've been considering subscribing for a while now, mostly for the convenience of having it on my phone and downloading comics (as well as the Gwenpool Love Unlimited). Is it worth it?
I made four characters and I would like you to write short stories about these characters or suggest ideas. This is for a new fan-made Marvel team. Also, making your own characters is suggested too. 😁
Meg (Reflector)
Has the power to teleport via reflections.
Percy (Snail-Man)
Has the power to be super slow.
Dr. Consilio (Coder)
Has the power to manipulate algorithms.
Rick (Sketcher)
Has the power to bring anything from an image into reality.
For the past hour, Meg had been gazing into the mirror judging her own appearance, hesitating to attend her next class. She was a straight A student, yet she seldom studied. Her entire viewpoint on life was that of nihilism and melancholy, always wanting to be somewhere better. She felt empty inside, and even though other kids would have been jealous of her life, Meg still felt that something was missing. She had everything, a good family, decent health, friends, and all the money she could want, yet for some reason, Meg was unhappy. Walking out into the hall, she put on a fake smile, pretending that everything was alright as a large group of students walked past her. They did not notice that her expression changed as soon as no one was around, her feelings numbed by disappointment. “Finally, some peace and quiet!” Meg expressed to herself, relieved to be alone in an empty hallway. She peered through the glass windows in the doors, but every room was empty. It was what she had expected! While everyone else was going to go on a field trip, Meg just sat in silence, listening to the stillness and the echoes in the walls. But in the back of her mind, she could feel something, someone watching her, someone who was in this very hall. “Hello?” Meg questioned, “Who is there?” The room felt as though it was twisting, every window containing only a reflection of herself. “What is happening?” Meg pondered, looking down at her hands as everything started to twist and turn even more intently than before. Turning her head towards one of the windows, she could see herself in the reflection, and it all went dark. When she awoke, she was no longer in the hall, but on the bus that was leaving on a field trip. Panicking, she looked around, staring at her own reflection for a second. “Meg, are you okay?” One of her friend’s, Percy, questioned, but she was in too much of a shock to reply.
Rick sat on the steps to the entrance of the school, waiting for the bus as he sketched in his drawing book. The world was a masterpiece to him, a beauty created by God, and something to marvel at. It was a true treasure! Images of robots, dragons, and far off places filled the pages of his book, expressing his deepest feelings. Yet his drawings were not merely a mixture of mediums, but appeared to be alive. He gazed down at a sketch of a phone. His parents had not allowed him to use a phone and he respected their authority, yet he still was intrigued by the idea of possessing one. The drawing felt more real than ever, and like magic, a phone appeared before him. He looked into another drawing of a small kitten, which became real as well. “Wow!” Rick said, putting the kitten into his backpack as he placed the sketchbook in it, preparing to walk on the bus, “We are going to have so much fun.”
Percy was playing in his backyard like he had done everyday for the past few years. He was only twelve, yet his intellect far surpassed even those three times his age. Recently, Percy had been informed about a school field trip he was going to attend, one full of science and adventure. Perhaps he would even meet his hero, Spider-Man. Often, Percy would dream of swinging on webs, climbing buildings, or communicating with spiders, a power he thought was a thing. Picking up a rock, Percy looked at all the bugs and cool creatures, but as he gently put the rock back down, a snail bit him. “Ouch!” Percy cried. The snail crawled away as Percy looked down at the small bite which was too tiny to see. Suddenly he could feel the world rushing around him, as if time was passing at a much faster speed. Blinking for a second, he returned to reality and continued his playing. “Percy, it is time to leave.” His mom informed him. “But you said we were leaving at 5:00,” Percy corrected, as he searched for the snail. “It is five,” She replied. Percy looked at his watch and sure enough, it was 5:00. “What?” Percy pondered, “Time couldn’t have gone by that fast!”
Dr. Consilio was a teacher at a children's school and even with multiple PhDs, he was unfortunate to only be hired for a job such as this. Editing the code on the computer, he began testing algorithms and refining it to the best of his abilities. “Dr. Consilio?” A student questioned, walking into the room. “Not now,” Dr. Consilio replied, “I am on the verge of something great.” His hands moved with great skill, coding at a mastery like no human had ever seen. “I did it!” Dr. Consilio yelled, running around the room like a lunatic. The Principle walked into the room, “What did you accomplish?” Calming himself down, Dr. Consilio walked back to his computer. “The entire universe is made of an algorithm like a code or language,” Dr. Consilio replied, “I built a program that can alter reality itself.” At that moment there was an alarm on the screen. Dr. Consilio turned and tried to fix the glitch in the system, but it was too late.
Here it is compared to a normal-sized comic book
Can deadpool die of old age?
Could someone give me ideas for a fun post that's related to Marvel? If so put them in the replies. (I'm not doing fanfic requests btw)
