I truly believe the sinister dominion is the real Mr sinister from Morias 9th life back in House of x / Powers of x when they talk about the sinister chimera and the Mara sinister breeding pits . The part called betrayal describes the gen 4 chimera destroying a lot of the Krakoa population and then all the chimeras and breeding pits collapsing into a singularity … that sounds similar to sinisters inferno in sins of sinister so I believe he propelled himself to dominion then but was weakened in the dominion- mutant war later in that timeline and has been using the 4 sinister attempts to build his dominion power back up like in sins of sinister he took the power from all sinister chimera and it’s said in son of x legion from sins of sinister was swallowed by dominion when accendinding to higher plain ….. probably wrong lol but I can’t see it being any of the new clones of Essex … the original mr sinister has so much history with the x-men I can’t see it being anybody else
