The hulk is not even a bad guy he’s a good guy he was based on Frankenstein‘s monster who is portrayed as more of an antihero than a villain

The Norman Osborn green goblin or the Roderick kingsley hobgoblin?
I'm not sure which one is stronger. There is less mention of Roderick kingsley's insanity, however the insanity could make him more of a formidable foe.
