classification tier list so don’t worry about actual classifications. Some characters here might not be "officially" classified as a certain level but I think they have the capabilities of being that level.
Yes I know some aren't mutants...anymore because of retcons but I took into consideration they were officially classified as mutants for over 5 decades of marvel comics with relatively recent retcons.
