What is a hero who kills bad guys in the name of justice called? Is he really called justice or is he evil?

It's old news by now but I'm getting really sick of Marvel's treatment of Spidey and MJ. Comics aren't the exclusive domain of awkward man-children who can't talk to women, Peter dating a beautiful woman doesn't make him unrelatable and if Marvel thinks it does it's because they view their readers as pathetic unwashed nerds. At this point; Peter and MJ are an iconic pop culture couple, it's not the 70s anymore where you can shop Peter around with a few other girls to see what sticks and doing so is just a waste of our time. They should be the Clark and Lois of Marvel not the Ross and Rachel.

Also I goddamn hate Paul. I hate that little dweeb so much I want to invent dimensional travel so I can punch him, I want to become a writer for Marvel so I can write 20 full pages of him being tortured to death whichever is more realistic. I hate him I hate him I hate him
