So, there are really no many things we can do about this if we aren't Marvel writers, but I desided to share my thoughts. (with the hope that some writer might see this :-) ).
I really believe that there should be an amendement in the fighting skill section of the power grid of both Mark Spector(Earth-616) and Victor Von Doom(Earth-616). Both of them are classified as "Class 4-Experienced fighter" but I think a more suitable classification would be a Class 5 for Victor and a Class 5 or 6 for Mark. Doom is a guaranteed master of swordsmanship and Mark a master of Savate and Hapkido(see pictures below).
Aside from that they are both really skilled (Doom having defeated Taskmaster(!) and Mark repeatedelyhaving fought Punisher to a standstill) but those feats could be theoritically belong to an "Experienced fighter", so I decided to cite only the feats related with specific martial arts styles.
