Here’s a good theory whether Comics or MCU related what if Mr. Sinister somehow kidnaps Moira MacTaggart’s son Kevin, altered his Mutant Gene and becomes responsible for turning him into Proteus.. manipulates him into believing Moira and Charles don’t care about him and becomes an unwitting servant to Sinister or Sinister recruits him as another possible Horseman of Apocalypse?
