I mean seriously what would be the difference? The fact that Bucky is a super soldier? Plenty of heroes don't have super powers and they're doing great, including Sam, I mean he survived the whole Triscelion battle in the Winter Soldier, survived Battle for Earth, and don't get me started on Tony, Clint, Nat, Okoye, etc. Besides Captain America who can Fly? That sounds like great advantage we saw in TFATWS and we will see more in Brave New World. Bucky would probably be great too, but it's clear he didn't want to be Cap, didn't feel worthy. I feel like Bucky doesn't see himself as a good man, which is something Captain America should be, that's why Steve chose Sam, because like he said he was a good man. Having superpowers doesn't make a hero, a character does. Let's be fair, if Bucky can be Captain America then so can Sam.

If all you know, the next captain america movie is planning on coming out next year which is awesome; As long as everything goes to plan(with the way things are going in the movie world with the strike, seeing it next year might be a surprise).
It has not entered post production yet, but it is filmed. I hope it will make it because this movie looks awesome already and we will need a movie to watch in 2023.(p.s. I know it's called brave new world, I just like new world order better)

Inspired by DCs own crime syndicate imagine the avengers having their own I've imagined some ideas. A broken Steven Rodgers who in WW2 wasnt frozen in ice but he was broken. Inside internally. He pushed he begged to be given another serum , one ment to copy the super soldier one, the one that would one day be the sentries serum. Now Captain America has it. He is an American sentry. He is the new president not of just America, but America. He's tired of seeing wars and pointless conflicts but in a small twisted way he's tired of weak small minded soldiers. He wants a challenge and if goes around the planet stopping wars and taking over. Manifest destiny , your telling me no one would fight back?
General Ross would become an abominable hulk, a red version of the abomination, instead of Bruce becoming that Bruce was killed in the blast and the bunker didn't hold. Now Betty is in a gamma induced coma. Ross is now hunted by the military he help raise so he was able to defeat it and knows all of its weaknesses but soon he was recruited , forcefully, but Steve rodgers president of the world.
Steve would eventually need help to monitor the world even with all his power he can't see everything at once. Unless there's more than just him. Steve eventually comes across the disowned and hid body of arno stark, Tony Stark's brother, whose broken and easily manipulated after Tony's death in a car accident while drunk. Tony finally found him and they were bonding. Steve uses his knowledge of Their father and knew him well. To have arno follow him. Arno tried to build a techno consuming beast, a techovore, to consume the missiles and defiance of the world but the prototype both mutilated and bonded with him making him deformed. His Brain and technological powers increasing he makes a Techovore Sentinels who are obedient to him and Steve rodgers. They now rule the world at large. Meanwhile in Asgard Odin and the rest of the Asgardians are still war hungry realm conquering savages they have ruled and conquered the universe at large with no one weilding the hammer yet but Odin.
Just a idea.

The rules:
Fights will usually go to knockout, unless you think the winner would just kill them.
Personality can be considered, but liberties must obviously be taken.
We're operating under the most traditional powersets for each combatant. For example: Even if Wolverine had the power to heat up his claws once, that will not be taken into consideration.
Luck powers or variations thereupon will be limited, to prevent characters like Domino or Black Cat from taking every match.
Each match will go for 24 hours, so that people whose daylight hours are different have a chance to answer. The winner will be announced in the next post.

This is a dumb question... I know. When Falcon was Captain America his wings were not able to shoot the hard light “feathers” out because he had the shield. However, he is back to being Falcon and his wings don’t look like they used to, does he still have this ability or is he purely close range now?
So, we know Sam Wilson a.k.a Falcon can control birds. I wonder, could this power allow him (and others like him) to summon and use Odin's ravens, Hugin and Munin, or is this only All-Father's privelege? If he couldn't do that in your opinion, do you think an alternate reality where he could would be cool?

Personally I feel that they combined both Sam Wilson’s cap suit and the newer falcon suit together. I mean it’s nice but I rather the Sam Wilson cap suit

Inside the meeting room, Falcon, Bucky and Bruce were listening to the message given by Tony Stark before his death.
Tony's Hologram: We were a good team already, and at first I thought it would not work at all, having a frozen soldier, a man with incredible aim, a pro killer, and a man who had trouble bear the anger. But over time, I saw that I was being good for the planet, if I had seen the future it might have been good to have left one more message, but since I'm not the odd doctor, I left only one if we all die, and let this legacy to the most powerful new heroes. Good luck!
The blood count goes out.
Falcon: I will miss him.
Hulk: Let's all go.
Bucky: So are we the new avengers?
Falcon: From what he said yes.
Professor Hulk walks a little to the window.
Falcon: I know you miss Nat Bruce, but she sacrificed herself.
Bruce: I know, but I miss her so much.
Bucky: But it was no more painful than losing Captain America.
Bruce: There's no turning back.
Hawk: I can't be the new Captain America, he's irreplaceable!
Bucky: He trusted you, Sam.
Falcon: But I don't know if I can be him.
Bruce: He just wants you to follow his legacy.
Falcon rises from his chair and walks to the door and looks back.
Falcon: It would be easier to be myself.
And leaves the room.
Hours later ...
Abandoned Building / Time Square.
Crossbones was standing against the wall without his mask looking down scratching the floor.
Another man arrives in the room.
Henchman: sir, how do you feel?
Brock Rumlow: With a thirst for revenge.
Crossbones lifts his head and looks at his henchman.
Henchman: The new order of the Strikers is near sir. Do not worry.
Rumlow: The Strikers dominated everything!
Henchman: yes!
New Avengers Institute
Bruce was looking at the costumes Stark had left for them.
Sam: This is awesome!
Bucky: Really he left these uniforms for us?
Bruce: Just to give us advantages in battle.
Bucky: That was very kind of him.
Sam: With or without these specialized uniforms, we will continue to be the best heroes on this planet, behind our old friends.
Bucky: You spoke like a real Captain America, Sam.
The warning signal starts to alarm.
Bruce glances at the alarm.
Bruce: There are a bunch of criminals attacking the city of Time Square.
Bucky: We better go! What is the Sam plan?
Sam is silent and begins to think ...
"I can't do it without you Steve"
Sam: ehhh ...
Bruce: We don't have time! We will!!
Falcon arms its wings and catches the shield.
Bruce looks the way he is.
Bucky picks up his machine gun.
They all go together to Time Square.
Time Square ...
A group of Brock Rumlow's henchmen arrives with soldiers in the streets and start making civilians.
Henchman: all quiet!
Brock Rumlow got out of the van in super tough armor.
Brock: The revolution starts here!
Falcon arrives and kicks in crossbones.
Hawk: I don't know what you're talking about and who you are most here we are!
The goons start shooting at Sam but Sam dodges the bullets flying upwards, and Banner arrives punching them all.
Bruce: Get out of here civilians!
Bucky arrives shooting some henchmen and fighting with others.
Brock shoots Sam's right wing, and he falls to the ground rolling.
Sam: ahhhh!
Brock punches Sam while he is on the floor but Sam deflects and the punch causes a crack in the floor.
Brock: Remember me?!?
Brock Rumlow tries to punch Same again this time.
Sam goes back to th e floor.
Sam: I'm not remembered!
Sam: Did you rob a bank?
Brock: It's Me! Brock Rumlow!
Sam is surprised.
