Thoughts?
Who is the strongest?
Ok.
I know that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D isn't canon in the MCU anymore, and am well aware of controversy. Before I continue I just want everyone to know that this is my OPINION and if yours is different, I respect it.
First of all, Deathlok is an amazing character in the comics and the many versions of him. However, it is very similar in my eyes to the Winter Soldier storyline. Good guy goes up against bad guy. Bad guy almost kills good guy. Good guy is experimented on by bad guy and turned into the fricking Marvel version of the Terminator. Good guy realizes that being the killer is bad and then rebells against bad guy
See where I'm going?
Point is, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D didn't make this Deathlok thing happen until the end of the season. There could have been more creativity and more Deathlok himself.
And I personally don't even like the movie.
(MARVEL-related hot takes. Obviously.)
I love it alot. Check it out if that somthing you enjoy.
Ah crap, some tall green girl just threw a giant boulder that came crashing through my house killing my wife and children. (sigh) I hate Mondays...
Besides the "He's overrated" complaint have heard millions of times on this site.
What if we got an adult animated video universe? Not like solely movies, but instead like Invincible. This universe would basically be Marvel’s Invincible in the since that it takes Marvel stories & just make some tweaks that would fit the modern day for the better (like how they confirmed Mark’s mom is east-Asian instead of being racial ambiguous for a while or like how they edited Atom Eve’s outfit to not be sexualized).
So I feel here are some changes they can make. If they do old stories they could edit the outfits to be more modern. They could also use the lesser used minority characters too which could definitely be good if done right. I also feel they could add anime-like battle scenes which I think we can agree would be cool to see. Some other changes they could make is by fleshing out characters who have a lot of potential in powers but are barley shown to do so like Vulcan, Bishop, Luke Cage, etc. I feel the most important change would be to leave out the parts that we didn’t like & also the time their character was altered. Like Carol Danvers. I don’t known exactly how she was and a character before she got written bad, but I feel the show should keep her personality that people liked.
This series could would actually put western comics on equal ground with anime too if done right.
So what do you think.
