Who Will Prevail?
I already know about Avengers big flop, and how Marvel games recently haven't been that great(I personally think Avengers was good, but it did need some improvement), save for Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales(Great games!). So I was thinking about creating a Marvel game in the future(after all the licensing), partnering with other studios, etc.) that would be enjoyed by Marvel fans and non-fans alike. I won't reveal my full ideas(I don't want any ideas to be stolen or anything), but I was thinking this:
The game will be a first person/third person shooter similar to Call of Duty, Overwatch, and Star Wars Battlefront(just wait).
It will have a full campaign and multiplayer, along with other modes.
You play as normal soldiers(ex: S.H.I.E.L.D and HYDRA) for some multiplayer and play as iconic heroes and villains in multiplayer and in the campaign.
The rest I cannot reveal because of possible theft and probably other reasons(I don't know legal stuff, who do you think I am, Matt Murdock?)
Next, I am currently in the beginning stages of creating my own game. Yes, I am mentioning this because it has quite a few Marvel easter eggs. I just wanted to share my ideas and see what y'all think about a game like this.(The Marvel one, not my other one.)

Recruiting: Pick out how many troops are in your battalion. Range is 100-350.
SHIELD agents get more troops because they have sponsors within the government. HYDRA will make up for its lack of troops, but not yet.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T COMMENT YOUR CHOICES. WRITE THEM DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER. EACH GROUP MUST RETAIN A CERTAIN LEVEL OF SECRECY.
It's time. Claim your allegiance! You will choose which organization you will side with. But whatever you do, DON'T WRITE IT IN COMMENTS. Just choose and write it down or something. ONCE YOU CHOOSE, YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT. The next post after this will pertain to each side.

Sad to say, SHIELD fell during the HYDRA Counterattack. And now, with our forces numbered and the official remains of SHIELD in hiding, we need to recruit new aents. All of the most loyal agents were taken prisoner: Coulson, Hill, Daisy Johnson, and Yo-Yo Rodriguez. They have some kind of restraint on Daisy and Yo-Yo, subduing their Inhuman powers. We need to recruit agents and take back the prisoners!
So far, here's a list of possible recruits, choose three:
Jonathan Kingsley - highly trained agent, favors use of 22. Magnum. Friends with Phil Coulson. Loyalty Level: 9/10
Rose Astrid - well trained, friends with Hill. Cunning, tech genius, and trained acrobat. Loyalty Level: 10/10
Hayden Waltz - former assassin, turned good. Connections with underworld make him useful spy. Well-trained in multiple forms of combat. Likes to use a staff. Loyalty Level: 4/10
Gregory Vincent - Former agent, was fired due to unnecessary killing. Sometimes mentally unstable. Suffers from schizophrenia. Can fly a Helicarrier, and uses a knife mostly. Loyalty Level: 6/10
Choose wisely! (Also, if you are wondering why I discontinued the HYDRA Counterattack, it is because me and Cooly were doing a crossover for it, and since he stopped, so did I.)

Now that you've chosen outpost locatiobs and hero allies, we have to assume position. Using the following information, make a guess where HYDRA undercover operations might be taking place, then send spies to the location. But first, you need to train the spies. Choose whether they were sent to Moscow, Kazakhstan, or Iran. Then, using the following info, guess where they are and place a few spies there.

An agent was spotted dealing in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Germany was known to have high HYDRA activity in the 40s.
Russia adopted a branch of HYDRA and now operates in St. Petersburg, Russia.
DIRECTIONS: CHOOSE THE PLACE THE SPIES WERE TRAINED, THEN PLACE SPIES IN TWO OF THE LOCATIONS GIVEN.

FROM THE DESK OF NICK FURY
During the previous battles against HYDRA, I lost all of my men! Those who didn't die fled! The only thing left is the equipment. The bases were destroyed. But recently, my underground network of spies discovered that HYDRA is poling its head back up, and planning some sort of agent placement program. I need all the might I can get! Here you can enlist.
Today we need to recruit heroes to help. Only recruit 3 heroes, and they can't be op. I will have to approve.
Also, choose new locations.
NO REPEATS IN LOCATIONS, HEROES, ETC.

Phase 4: Operation 1!!!
HYDRA has sent a large troop force to the location of your SHIELD base. Your defenses are working, but some have gotten in and stormed the barracks, slaying your troops in their sleep! They also wreck the controls! Nearby, a city is under attack by HYDRA's ground and aerial forces! Civilian casualties are increasing rapidly, and the only defense is you!
YOUR MISSION:
You have 150,000 troops. Dispatch them wisely:
Tell me how many troops you send to the barracks and control room. Tell me what kind of weapons they will carry.
Tell me how they will attack.
Tell me how many troops you send to the city, and also how many fighter jets/aerial vehicles. Tell me what kinds of weapons they are equipped with.
Also, tell me how your troops will attack from your base to the city. Detail it.
Finally, tell me how you will contribute to the counter defense.

I know you all like HYDRA (hence the "HAIL HYDRAS" on chats) and in reality SHIELD is pretty suckish, but I just thought that if you got HYDRA, then you gotta have their enemy! (Besides Captain America, of course.)

SOLDIER! HYDRA has set up bases in almost every corner of the world. If they continue to spread erratically like this, they will achieve what they lust for: global control. We can't let them do that! We're gonna stop them!
PHASE 1: PLACING
They have bases in every continent, besides Antarctica (and I think they got that, too!) We have to counteract their spread. Now, we only have a few bases, but we can set up outposts in certain territories!
INSTRUCTIONS: Select a territory. (country, state, province, region, etc, basically anything smaller than a continent) Then I will mark it, on a piece of paper. You cannot choose countries that others have selected.
