And any taxonomic term that has the location of origin in the name uses it as the species, not the genus.
@Dr. Nice Afarensis is the species rank for that one, as was jotunheimensis, check and mate.

@Dr. Nice Most recently I came up with "Nivigigantus jotunheimensis", but I wasn't intending for anything to be canonized, I was trying to be thought-provoking. But clearly my attempt to do so has failed.

@Dr. Nice Bro, I literally stated the frost beasts have a canon scientific name. G. Jotunemensi. If you're not gonna take this seriously, or entertain the fact fictional creatures sometimes have scientific terminology applied to them (speculative biology), then please leave.
