Hi, fellow readers. I'm wondering who else is reading the current 'She-hulk' (2022) series by R. Rowell? Issue #12 comes out this week, & I've read all the priors. Apart from the artwork & humor... I'm mostly underwhelmed so far regarding this story line. 😕 Were the previous ('sensational She-hulk') books better? Cuz this 1 is lots of talky & only a little bit of fighty. So Godzilla's atomic breath would boost the Hulk, rather than vaporize him? If so, then $#&%!... this needs to be a comic book or movie crossover ASAP!!
Like it was mentioned above, this is not a fight. This is just a brief annoyance to the Hulk.
As in DC Comics 'Penguin'?? Dude... even the weakest Hulk can squish a basic, mortal human like a over-ripe banana.
Truth. A lot of it is over-saturation, especially on Disney+. But for the MCU, man... they are digging too far down into "who-gives-a-🐀🫏" characters like the Eternals, or Echo, or the Werewolf guy, or Morbius. Thankfully the She-hulk & Moon Knight & Ms. Marvel stories & casting were excellent!
And yet there STILL is no stand-alone Silver Surfer movie! WTF?
I have negative zero interest in this 1. Marvel is slipping, y'all.
Whoa... interesting! Hulk is gamma radiated & Godzilla is atomic/ nuclear (?) radiated. I know 0 about the Periodic Table part of science. Which 1 is more devastating?

Just for S&Gs... she could use her hex powers to change the bomb/ explosion into flower petals or something. But then Black Panther would remain unknown.

Glad to hear from you! I agree on all points. Really disliked the artist's style change (#7 - 9?) & the villain reveal. But Titania & Ben Grimm in #11 was an improvement. Thanks also for the info on the older runs.
Does anyone have any REAL info on if/ when the Marvel MCU will make a legit Silver Surfer solo movie? Or why not, based on studio rights or whatever.
Cuz I'm sick of these 3rd & 4th-tier character movies & shows, while the surfer is a top tier hero.
Easy! The dance-off scene with Rhodey. The donut shop scene ("I'm not sure which eye to look at.") Every scene with Mickey & the bird.

I don't know if it's the best (I haven't read every book), but 'the bottom' TPB vol. 1 was pretty good. And the following TPBs 2, 3, & 4.

Thank you! Yes, that bothers me often. Just be a new damn hero/ villain. * Unless that person is the child, sibling, or spouse of said hero/ villain (like Green Goblin, Black Panther, Wonder Woman, etc.).
