LOL all I remember from that publisher were their Super Mario comics, that'd be fun in Marvel I guess
It's literal perfection besides the mask, what are you even going on about? The Mainstream one barely changes it LOL.
How about the throwback one from Age Of Ultron?
Animal Man issue 26, it's not Marvel but it applies about the same XD.
@Emperor Namor Well, you are the one that said you didn't care if Iron Man was a good character or not, just whatever he did morally.
Have you actually read any Iron Man story that's not from the 2000's?
I like Namor but just like Spider-Man, it gets to a point where you just have to acknoledge that this characters are inside a medium designed to go on forever and every new writer that comes along it's just going to do whatever they please with them. Regardless of if it makes sense with the previous iteration or not.
@Emperor Namor LOL. No, I don't need to accept OMD, I stopped caring about mainline Spider-man long ago. Now I just read else-worlds about him. I can still be a fan of him without submitting to whatever bull the company decides to do with him. Just like with the Star Wars sequels. It's even easier with these properties since they have loads of good stories on different continuities.
And also no, the artist knew full well what the scene of hank hitting wasp was supposed to be but he couldn't draw it correctly so he made it, in his own words "Marvel Action" that even gets referenced on the Ultimate Universe. The writer also came up later and said that the final version ended up looking more closely to reality in his opinion anyway.
The only people trying to spin that moment as a mistake are salty Hank fans who forget that Hank was already abusive before that even happened (Firing a laser frying Janet's costumes for instance because he was getting impatient is an example) Mental Illness or not.
Also I kind of got to agree with CaptainRex there, if you really don't care about the stories and only judge the character for what he does in the story Namor and Hank are probably the LAST guys you should be playing defense over Iron Man? But whatevs.
Does this accomplish anything besides looking even more like Batman?
Yes the typo was intentional XD.
Call me when he starts dating Jan again LOL.
I actually really like Iron Man! It's really hard to like Iron Man the character and not hate Iron Man the series tho LOL.
Think Peter Parker but on steroids, dude is getting back into alcoholism and incresingly toxic relationships (The last good one was Janet back in 2019 LMAO) every time the book starts over (Which is also too frequently). It's just sad, depressing and not interesting anymore.
The only time I've really disliked Iron Man as a character was back during the OG Civil War days and that mostly comes from the writers just not talking to each other rather than the characters themselves XD.
Yeah, making him look even more like Batman LOL.
^ Even better, because they spend so much money on him they will probably have him NOT wearing the mask for 90% of his appearances. Making the character choice even more pointless.
Here's to see how long they take to side-line him LOL. 2 issues Tops.
Remember this gem?:
What are Pico's school's characters doing in there LMAO.
Yes, because it's becoming a real problem LOL. The character is getting removed from everywhere, not just the movies.
Remember that BP game announced a couple of years ago? Apparently They were removing T'Chala from it too.
Even in comics he is losing massive relvance for brand sinergy.
He's being kept from appearing in many cartoons too.
To all the people complaining about "what problem do we have with suri" I ask, why do you have a problem with how the character used to be?
Yeah, let's honor Chadwick Boseman's character by deleting him from everything that made him important in the first place LMAO. I ain't watching any BP projects until the damn BP is back XD.
One day we'll get rid of unnecesary lines in Super Hero costumes. One Day!
I like the small story he had with Finesse in Avengers Academy. He gets some nice character defining stuff in that.
TBF 3 characters with pretty much the same backstory on the same team can be quite tedious to write/watch. Specially when most of the members also already have the same powerset of "Punch Punch".
That was kind of the issue with Zack's Snyder's DC stuff. When everybody is Batman, Batman is no longer special.
Oops, I seemed to have started an argument. Sorry, what I meant was more Marvel in general. Since the 90's they've done everything in their power to make my boy miserable, from baby stealing to satanic divorces LOL.
I probably just hear Marvel Studios enough that that's what I think everytime I mention them XD.
@Emperor Namor At that point the greatest villain it's just Marvel Studios XD.
