taking into account the fact that the Model Prime is not completely identical to the comics (or at least, not the version shown in the image on the page as there are differences), it is normal that you do not find the armor.
Especially since some armors are drawn differently depending on the artists, I was able to notice it in my research. So it's normal that you can't find the corresponding armor to the Alpha design using only your memory.
Like I said previously it can't be based on MCU, and it's not an original armor, since the outfit was specificaly made to take comics armor.
It's said that the armors are inspired by comics. And fortnite already got that Age of Ultron armor as an outfit. (But They used it as an armor for comics 616 Stark for Absolute Doom event for some reason).
Noting that all edit styles are based on comics (Prime, Model 4, Model 39, Model 42, Model Prime Doom) the inspiration you're suggesting is very very very unlikely.
So... Fortnite got a new Iron Man skin, with several armors taken from comics, 2 were identified (Model 4 and Model Prime), but 2 others aren't, labelled as Alpha and Ultimate respectively, anyone know which model they are ?

Mephisto actually mention that Doom wanted that, the sentence before. And that was the whole deal of the season. Doom arrived on the Island, converted it partially to Latveria and tried to "save it" by perfecting it. The way Mephisto worded the rest of his sentence no matter the language shows that what Doom truly want according to him is something else.
So again they haven't done their research bad. This is a season about Doom after all. Mephisto acting very likely as the final antagonist of the season, something must have happened between him and Doom before the season started. Like I suggested, Cynthia's soul recovered by Mephisto again (or a very bad trick to make Doom believe he recovered her soul, I remember Mephisto created a fake Cynthia at one time)
"The Fortnite guys didn't do their research properly".... Seasons involving Marvel are supervised by Marvel, and such a big mistake could not have been made, especially since we are in a season about Doctor Doom and given the other things referenced it is impossible.
And this isn't a single dialogue, another (and it's not a Reaction dialogue but a dialogue any player can get by asking him questions directly about Doom) has Mephisto saying that Doom will never get what he truly wants. And makes fun of him, saying he is lucky to see his eternal torment.
The theory that Marvel themselves forgot that Doom freed his mother is impossible.
Just like its impossible for a bad researsh for the reason I explained. It can't be a past self of Mephisto cuz he mention more recent events. Even his hatred to Doom is shown, hatred which a good part started from when Doom defeated him and saved his mother.
So there is either a retcon or there is a hidden storyline or something like that where Mephisto managed to recover Cynthia Von Doom's soul again or that this event was undone by a very very very powerful Reality Warp or time travel (a time travel that don't create new timeline but actually alters it, but I doubt this case would happen).
I already know everything about that. But that's still a new Multiverse and with Realities that never existed in the previous one, and so nothing guarantee everything is 100% the same. The comic of Doom's mother being freed from Mephisto's realm is very old, over 20 years old.
all the events that have happened since then + the iteration change and other things still make that the release of the soul of the mother of Doom is absolutely not guaranteed. The very fact that Mephisto in fortnite implies that Cynthia's soul is still possessed by him, shows that this event has probably been deleted no matter if it's cuz of a retcon, a reality warp, a time travel etc... (As a reminder, FN Doom is confirmed to be Earth-616 Doom after Zero War Crossover so post 2022 Doom, so we can't even use the alternate reality thing, + Mephisto in FN mention to other character events that happened after Doom's mother liberation such as his defeat against Black Panther, Wanda's sons etc... all from 616 continuity)
7th and 8th don't have the exact same history. Several reset and retcons happened and even the cosmic hierarchy is different. For example there is Miles who was completely rewritten to be from Earth 616.
Actually Doom's mother status is really unclear. And even in Fortnite they don't reveal if Mephisto truly has her or not. But he seems to imply he has her. Despite being a Mephisto from current era and from 616

This is why FN got Doom and Mephisto before the MCU.
About Cynthia von Doom not being in hell anymore, well that's unclear. We're no longer in the same iteration of the multiverse, she was freed in the 7th, but nothing confirm she is in the 8th iteration.
So after Doom was finally defeated and returned to Earth 616. Another threat arrived on the Island: Mephisto.
The extra dimensional demon took over Hades's abandonned domain: The Underworld to make it his own, turning the River Styx from Green to Red.
As he is an NPC, players can interact with him to make pacts with him, or ask him questions about Doom and his mother.

If players wears Doom outfit, he will have special dialogue, with him taunting Doom about his mother's screams echoing accross his realm
Dr Strange, Wanda, Shuri, Thor, and Ghost Rider outfits all have special interactions with him related to previous comics from Earth-616 continuity.
Well we know he'll come. In the files of Doom's Arcane Forge, his name is mentioned. In Ghost Ri-Durrr's loading screen, we can see him in the background. And a bundle for his skin was added last update.
Or Mephisto will take his place as the main villain.
After a long battle with many casualities, Absolute Doom was finally stripped of Pandora's Box powers and sent back to Earth-616, but is it really the end ? As Pandora's Box powers were rifted along with him to Earth-616 anything can happen now.

A quick question, can a page about Fortnite's Reality Zero be created on this wiki ?
There have been 3 canon crossovers with Earth-616 including 2 in comics (Nexus War: Thor and Marvel x Fortnite Zero War) and one purely in Fortnite for now (Absolute Doom).
The following comics also link to this crossover (Nexus War one), where we see the characters transported to Reality Zero by the bifrost:

we can't really talk about before or after because it's a comparison of time between 2 realities that don't belong to the same multiverse. Space Time Rifts are complicated cocnerning where and when you arrive.
In Nexus War all the characters were returned to exactly the moment they left once Galactus was sent back to 616 (they used rifts + bifrost to do that), on the other hand it's not the case in Zero War, the same period of time that happened in Reality Zero has passed on Earth 616, the marvel heroes were not sent back home to the same time spot of their departure.
We don't know what will happen for the end of Absolute Doom, even if it happen during the current era of marvel comics, we don't know when it happen exactly, and so for now we don't know how 616 character will return to their reality and "when".
We're in Marvel, they'll ressurect again like always.
Nexus War happened directly during the Devourer King marvel event, and most of comics around the same time characters got abducted to FN Reality by the Bifrost, then returned to the exact moment they got abducted, as if nothing happened (even if they remember everything.)
In Zero War pretty much everything happened during the 2022 era of marvel comics (they didn't specified between which comics it happened), and despite some event happening like the disappearance of The Daily Bugle from New York (rifted into Fortnite), it wasn't mentionned in other comics marvel comics, despite it truly happening cuz Zero War was confirmed canon.
So for Absolute Doom, unless they release comics (which might have been teased with a small trailer with Gwenpool seen with Absolute Doom comics) and precise exactly when it happen, characters should ressurect in some way before returning to Earth 616. Btw beside characters, a huge part of The Raft, as well as Castle Doom and Doomstadt got rifted into Fortnite, so if you read any comics saying those disappeared, you know why.
@Mørningstar Fortnite exist in a Reality that don't belong to Marvel Multiverse and so that is NOT under Marvel's cosmic entities rules including One Above All.
First it was in Reality Zero for both the Nexus War (c2s4) and Zero War (c3s2) crossovers.
Now Absolute Doom happen (c5s4) in a new Reality currently unnamed (so we named it Helios' Reality, Helios being the name of the current Island), because Reality Zero has been annihilated.
We don't know if Moon Knight did go to FN Reality by himself thanks to Magneto's Rift Beacon to help, or was forcibly brought before being killed by Doom, or if Doom temporarily returned to Earth-616 to kill him and the others, all we know is that he killed them thanks to Fortnite's Pandora's Box powers he stole.
Note: FN and Marvel don't share the same reality naming system, cuz FN include every realities of every multiverses including DC, God of War, Alien, Predator, Walking Dead and many many other collabs, while Marvel's is limited to Marvel's Multiverse.
The only Marvel realities confirmed to have the same name in both system are 616 and 617.
