I like the ultimate venom too, though the absence of the spider symbol does bothers me a bit and I am not a big fan of the fact that the symbiote is a man made creation but I love everything else about him. The colour scheme and design is definitely a plus and his story was pretty good.
Now as my non-troll self, I have to admit that justice league may put up a fight but they won't really win here.

Don't take flashpoint too seriously. Subsequent retconnns have taken the majority of the blame off of Barry. And flashpoint is just one instance of Barry screwing up, the entirety of silver age and bronze age adventures of Barry also exist and are canon again. There you will find barry travelling through time effortlessly and also with much more skill.

These teams are from two different universes, if flash kills all of the annihilators as babies it will have no effect whatsoever on his universe.

The mods over at the DC wiki are still giving him the benefit of the doubt and so am I but he's right on the edge.
