Now if I had to pick an mcu version of Thanos or Ultron I would pick Ultron due to the fact that he almost won and took quicksilver away from us.However I find comic Thanos more disturbing due his lack of calm and obsession with death.I prefer MCU Thanos to comic version because he has a goal to work towards and genuinely believes that this could help the universes extinction but comic Thanos is more of a genocidal manic obsess with boning death.
