Which Marvel villain would you want to come in contact with the least? Personally I would say either Galactus, Venom, Green Goblin, or the Iron Monger.

The reason I chose those four is because Galactus wants to eat worlds and also seeks the Power Cosmic, Venom is like something out of a horror movie, Green Goblin is very unpredictable, and the Iron Monger is the one who sold Stark's weapons to a group of terrorists in Iron Man.
So he’d be like DC’s Green Lantern.
Because they feel like actual threats, rather than someone who just wants to cause chaos.
Either Doctor Doom, who wants to rule the universe, or Galactus, who wants to eat planets.
Someone on the DC wiki asked this same question. Personally, I think that it's Magneto, since mutants in general have a bad history amongst mankind.
Jarvis and Ultron are the only ones I know.
