The first 6 issues of the New Avengers run in 2007 (I believe it was called “Breakout,” where all the villains on the raft broke out after a power outage) comes to mind for me. I just remember reading it and thinking, “Wow, this was fun.” I’ve reread those 6 issues more than any other story arc probably.
I also like all the comic book issues circa Onslaught where Rogue and Joseph (the Magneto clone) were hanging out all the time.
The Daredevil: Redemption limited series is another favorite, just because I think it’s one of the most darkest, out-of-left-field story arcs I’ve read.
I’m sure I have others and I might post some more here if I think of some. But otherwise, I’m curious to hear what some other members here are the most into.
(If you can’t tell, I just love the mid-to-late 90s comics as well as early 2000s.)
