Nanite Controversy

Nanites are a heavy debate in media. On one hand, people love nanites because of how useful they are, such as in the Sonic the Hedgehog Archie Comics, Marvel Comics, and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. On the other hand, people hate nanites in the Marvel Cinematic Universe because nanites are being used as "lazy CGI".

I understand that the movie fans of Marvel like when the effects artists actually make the suits and armors, even though Robert Downey Jr. had the problem of the Iron Man Armor being heavy, but why do the Marvel movie fans hate that the heroes are using nanites for their suits?

In Marvel Comics, the Extremis Armor and the Bleeding Edge Armor are both made out of nanites, in which the nanites had greater potential with the Bleeding Edge Armor, while most of the other armors were made of unspecified metals. But however, how would MCU fans feel about the Endo-Sym Armor, which is made out of a liquid metal that functions similar to a Symbiote, the Model-Prime, which is made out hexagonal scales that function similar to nanites, and the Virtual Armor, which is made out of solid holograms (usually impossible because holograms are intangible, but Tony Stark's a genius)?

Side note: The Black Panther suit isn't made of nanites, it's made of reconfigurable Vibranium, which powers the technology at Wakanda, so it makes more sense for the Black Panther suit to be CGI.
