"The Eyes Have It" özet
Matt Murdock undergoes surgery in order to recover his sight. Some time later following the operation’s success, Matt is in his apartment where Foggy Nelson helps him remove his bandages, only for him to see Bullseye standing nearby, causing him to shout in alarm while Foggy seems unaware. When Bullseye prepares to attack him, Matt grabs a pair of scissors from his nightstand and throws it at him, only for it to go straight through him and impale Foggy in the chest, killing him. He then proceeds to see demonic versions of Karen Page, Heather Glenn, Gloria O’Breen, and his own father, sending him into a panic. Calling Dr. Jackson, Matt discovers that a powerful hallucinogen was injected into his eyes, and that the effects were irreversible. Descending further into a panicked mania, Matt gouges out his own eyes while hiding in the bathroom, rendering him totally blind. He hears footsteps and asks if someone is there as the Kingpin stands in the doorway, holding a barb-wire wrapped bat.

"Whatever Happened to the Richards Family?" özet
Victor von Doom watches a news report following the return of Reed Richards, Sue and Johnny Storm, and Benjamin Grimm to Earth following their journey to space, the four of them having developed super powers like in the Prime Universe. Doom deduces that something isn’t right and goes to face the Fantastic Four at the Baxter Building. Upon arrival, he uses a special sword to impale the Human Torch, obliterates the Thing with a blast of his gauntlet, and disabled Mr. Fantastic’s muscle control, leaving him to suffocate. Before Doom has a chance to locate the Invisible Woman, the Avengers arrive and subdue him and send him to jail. In his cell, he is approached by what seems to be a naked Sue Storm, who manifests beside him. When asked what made him think something was wrong with Richards and the others, Doom replied that Grimm wouldn’t be able to stand being seen in his new, monstrous form, and that he, as well as the others, had been replaced by imposters. “Sue” reveals this to be the case as she uses her abilities to send a force field into his skull, causing Doom to suffer a stroke, before revealing that she and the other three Fantastic Four members were alien organisms that had killed Richards and his crew and had taken their place. She claimed that by the time Doom recovered his ability to function normally again, he would be the last man left on Earth, before leaving him alone in his cell to begin her conquest of the world.

"The Thing From Another Time" özet
Tony Stark had lost Stark Industries to his rival Zeke Stane, and travelled to Antarctica to retrieve a biological weapon created by his father, in order to reclaim the company. Having lost contact with the first retrieval team, Stark went himself, along with X-Man Colossus and his partner Deadpool. Arriving at the facility, they discover the bio-weapon, Captain America, standing outside of the thawed-out bunker, freed from the ice that had previously housed him. Playing Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who would go out first, Deadpool lost but pushed Colossus out of the helicopter anyway. Activating his mutant abilities, Colossus prepared to engage Captain America, only for the latter to throw his shield at Colossus’s head, killing him instantly. Deadpool then jumped out of the helicopter to fight Captain America, chasing him into the bunker, while Tony suited up in his Iron Man armor. Making contact with Deadpool over the radio, with Deadpool frantically requesting backup, Iron Man entered the bunker and was horrified to see Captain America, his torso burst open and several tentacles emerging from it, consuming Deadpool’s body. Captain America states that Tony is much like his father in that they both made metal suits to fight him with, and that he would die just like him and that he should have left him in the ice. Fighting briefly with Rogers, Iron Man noticed the severed limbs of Deadpool fusing together and forming tendrils like those of Captain America’s and incinerated them with his armor’s flamethrowers, before Rogers threw his shield at his chest, critically damaging the armor and disabling most of its abilities. Captain America states he will take the helicopter’s keys from Tony and use it to escape, and that Tony would die soon because he couldn’t survive in the cold like he could. The two end up sitting beside a flare and wait to see what happens as a snowstorm begins rolling in, leaving their fates unknown.

"Punisher of the Opera" özet
Taking place in Paris, France, Viscount Raoul de Chagny and his men watch as Christine Daaé preforms an opera on stage, while an armed man watches in the shadows. The man, Frank Castiglione (this story’s version of Frank Castle), narrates how his wife Maria was a talented opera singer, and how the two lives happily with their two children, Frank Castiglione Jr. and Lisa. It is also revealed that Christine was Maria’s understudy, who was jealous of the latter’s popularity, and had Raoul and his men murder her and her children, leading Frank to lose himself in grief, condemning himself to endlessly wander the Catacombs underneath Paris. One day, however, he managed to overhear a conversation between Raoul and Christine, celebrating their success in murdering Frank’s family and undermining Maria’s success. Frank is filled with rage, and plots revenge against the two. Back in the present time, Frank cuts the rope that holds up the chandelier above Christine on the stage, causing it to fall and crush her, killing her instantly. Leaping from the rafters, Castiglione, wearing a skull-shaped half mask and black robes, then proceeds to kill both of Raoul’s men before the fearful Raoul is shot in the head by Castiglione, thereby fulfilling his vengeance.

"Haunted Mansion" özet
Two children, Rickey and Marie, go to explore the abandoned and allegedly haunted Xavier Institute on Halloween, Rickey stating that his father told him that monsters used to live within, while Marie retorts that they were just “special people”, and that the only thing inside was hope. The children enter the building and begin exploring before the floor gives way underneath Rickey’s feet, causing him to fall into the dark lower floors. Turning on his flashlight, he discovers that he is surrounded by Constructs of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, who begin closing in on him. As he cries out for help, Wolverine suddenly appears and begins slicing through the Constructs with his claws while Marie used her telekinetic powers to lift Rickey up to safety, revealing herself as a Mutant. Hugging Marie, Rickie states that there really are monsters in the facility, but Marie reiterates that they weren’t monsters, but ghosts of people like her (Mutants). Looking over at Wolverine, the children ask “Trick or Treat”, and Wolverine grins as he says, “Bit of both, kid. Bit of both.” before he suddenly disappears, revealing that he was actually a ghost. The children see Magneto’s helmet where Wolverine was standing. Rickey asks what it is, and Marie replies, “Hope”.
