'Lectron is a member of the Legion of Galactic Guardians 2099. He was present when the team brought Spider-Boy from a distant past to question him on the Phantom-Negative Zone Projector. He was then told to use his powers to power up the projector, and after Ross left, they brought Mig-El Gand from the Phantom-Negative Zone.
