Between 129th Street and Broadway, Natasha Romanova, actually Yelena Belova whose features SHIELD had changed to make her believe she was Romanov, walked anonymously in the pouring rain trying to hide from the police accused of killing Yelena Belova. not knowing that she was being watched by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents hiding among the homeless.[1]
