On Earth-7642, Dr. Doom secretly had Omega One build underneath 56th Street. One night, Joel McGinnis and his gang broke into the above construction site to use a wrecking ball to break into the
1st National Bank. They were caught red handed by Spider-Man, who defeated and tied them up. Doom called the NYPD and two officers, Mike and his partner, responded. They failed to arrest Spider-Man but did take the criminals into custody.[1]
